This is RRC 19/2 as illustrated in Massa-Pairault’s 2011 piece on the Bolsena Mirror.  I agree one hundred percent that this is Lycaean Pan, less that it might represent Evander himself.

The prototype is likely to be Antigonus Gonatas’ tetradrachms which build on the iconography of Arcadian coinage.

The date of 275-270 that Crawford gives seems early…. Must look into evidence for its assignment.

Most of the Carthaginian Elephants were captured by the Romans in Sicily (Polybius 1.19.11)

the whole island was said to be sacred to Demeter and Kore (Diod. 5.2.3; Cic. Verr. 2.4.106)

Pigs are symbolic of the worship of Demeter… (Ovid, Fasti 4.465-6 cf. RRC 342/3)

This helps explain the common metallurgical profile of these bars and other bars with Naval imagery that are strongly associated with the 1st Punic War…..

I find the symbolism confusing on Roman coinage (RRC 348/1-3), I doubt this will be of use but wanted a note of it nonetheless:

Writing well today, so will resist following up this curiosity now.  The trident reminds we of Syracusan Tridents and their numismatic design influences on Italian coinage…

This is now in the public domain in the US.  Gnecchi passed away in June 1919; he was a talented painter as well as numismatist.
